Purpose
The Housing Authority is responsible for administering the Housing Authority Budget. They are also responsible for the following Housing Authority Programs; TBRA (
Tenant Based Rental Assistance) and Housing Rehabilitation (if grant funds are available). They also manage Penn Terrace and various other rental properties. The Housing Authority and the City are currently in the process of constructing homes for
income qualified families.
