An application for the Landlord Occupation License (PDF) is included online. The fee for the license is $30 for the first year and $20 each additional year if renewed on time. Applications are accepted in the City Clerk's Office. For more information please contact Jennifer Rutledge at 620-332-2505 or contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.
All rental properties must meet Section 8, HUD minimum standards with the exception that ventless heaters are allowed as long as they are in compliance with all other City codes.
