ADA COMPLIANCE
Below are copies of information related to ADA compliance. After the City was audited by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the City entered into a negotiated Settlement Agreement which sets forth a time-table to achieve ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990) compliance. The agreement requires installation of curb ramps at all intersections throughout the City and making all City buildings and facilities accessible (including recreational facilities).
