Consider authorizing blocking the public parking lot at the southeast corner of Chestnut and 8th every Saturday from 6:30 AM to 11 AM, May through August 2021, and every Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM, June through September 2021 for the Independence Farmers Market.

Consider an ordinance amending previous boundary ordinances and establishing the legal boundaries for the City of Independence.
