Our enclosed 4H Building comes fully equipped for large events. It is a heated building but does NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, with full kitchen facilities - 2 refrigerators, a 6 burner commercial gas stove, commercial sink, and loads of counter and shelf space.
Standard set-up includes (16) 8-foot tables and 120 metal folding chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for rent upon request. Please make arrangements for these additional items in advance.
In addition, this facility is adjacent to ADA accessible parking and is near restrooms, public tennis courts, aquatic center, Shulthis Stadium, miniature train, putt-putt golf, and beautiful gardens. A short walk north brings you to Ralph Mitchell Zoo and to the East is a large playground.
Please fill out the attached form to submit your reservation request. Reservations are not final until payment is received. Please call the Park Office at 620-332-2512 to pay via phone or bring cash, check, or credit card to the Park Office, 400 Mickey Mantle Way. Buildings not paid for within 2 days of reservation will be removed from the calendar. Keys will be inside a lock box attached to the door of the facility. Code to the lock box is the last four digits of the phone number listed on the application.
