Registration of Rental Properties
All landlords who own rental property within the City limits must obtain a Landlord Occupation License and register all of their rental properties. An application for this license is included in the Documents section under "Finance and Records". The fee for the license is $30 for the first year and $20 each additional year if renewed on time. Minimum Standards
All rental properties must meet Section 8, HUD minimum standards with the exception that ventless heaters are allowed as long as they are in compliance with all other City codes. A copy of the inspection sheet is included in the Documents section under "Building".
