The Planning Commission is responsible for making recommendations to the City Commission rgarding rezoning, conditional use permits and platting. The Board of Zoning Appeals is responsible for considering variances. Resources utilized by these boards include the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Ordinance.  These boards meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM in the Veteran's Room of Memorial Hall.  Members include:

Applications for conditional use permits, variances and rezonings are included in the Documents section of this website.  The Zoning Ordinance can be found by following the City Code Link.  The Zoning Code is located in Appendix B.
