The City of Independence, Kansas, is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals for the selection, installation, and continued support of a new Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system to replace the current Premise Based Phone system used by the City. 

Proposals will be received in the office of the City Clerk, 811 W. Laurel Street, Independence, KS. 67301, on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 15^, 2021. Proposals shall be plainly marked “VoIP System Proposal”. Email proposals should be sent to the following email addresses in one complete pdf attachment. Proposals that are received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered.
