How to Submit a Request
- Online: Use the SeeClickFix website to share your request.
- On the Go:Download the SeeClickFix app to submit requests directly from your phone.
- Browse the list of available request categories to find the right option for your needs.
Track Water Leak Updates
You can track the status of current water leak repairs on our Water Leak Updates webpage. This information is updated regularly to keep you informed about progress.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
- Confirmation: You'll receive an automated email confirming your request has been received.
- Assignment Update: You’ll receive another status update email once your request is assigned.
⚠️ Please Note: Some requests may take longer to address based on priority levels and available resources. To receive updates, you must submit requests using your user profile.
